Seven wonky houses have been completed. I have 5 more to do and then will send them off and wait for mine to be shipped to me.
These are challenging to make, fun, but not always easy to get the look I'm after. I wish I hadn't made the overhang on the right side so big, but I wanted the owl to have a place to perch. BUT, the reason it's a wonky house is because you leave the strange things you would normally leave otherwise!
I had that house fabric! It's been one of my favorite in my stash and I have pieces of it in lots of quilts. It was cool to see it again.
